Will I get a receipt for the conference & workshop ticket?

Yes, we will send you a receipt of the payment details on completing the transaction successfully.

The payment receipt doesn’t have conference or workshop details?

The payment receipt is generated by our payment provider. Your details are mapped to the product you have purchased and it’s added to our database. If you get a payment receipt, don’t worry, sit back and relax, you have a conference or workshop ticket.

Do I have to bring the payment receipt to the conference or workshop venue?

No, you don’t have to bring the payment receipt. The ticket is mapped to your name, email, phone number, and conference or workshop. We will verify your name by looking at the government issued identity proof ( PAN card, Voter ID card, Aadhard card, passport ). So please bring any of the above-mentioned identity proof to the venue.

Please note that the venue security won’t let you in if you don’t have a valid identity proof which is matching with the name you have provided while purchasing the ticket.

I got charged more than the amount mentioned for the product, why?

Our payment solution provider charge a conveniene fee on each transaction, which is usually less than 3% of the total amount. If you think you got charged more, please do let us know, we will find a way to give you back the money for sure.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else at any point. If you can’t attend the conference due to an unexpected reason, please send us a ticket transfer request with the new attendee’s full name, email address, phone number and we will help you transfer the ticket.

What happens once I purchase the ticket?

Please check your registered e-mail address for the electronic ticket receipt.

If you get a ticket receipt, you have successfully booked for the conference or workshop.

If you don’t get a ticket receipt, there is some problems in your transaction. Please contact us, we will do our best to rectify the problem.

We will keep in touch with you over the next few months (especially as it gets closer to the conference) with the latest information.

Do you offer student discounts?

We don’t offer any official student tickets, but we do review requests case-by-case. If you are a student on a low budget and would love to attend the conference or workshop, please do reach out and share your story, we’d be happy to offer you a scholarship.

Do you offer group discounts?

No, currently, we don’t have any group discounts. The conference and workshop ticket prices are fixed.
